Convenient

Staff was very polite and pleasant during check out and was apologetic about all what went wrong, everyone is so cheerful and nice, facilities is clean and working properly, shower rooms are very good.

door from below garage which is not part of the hotel was closed after 10pm had to take luggage up the stairs all the way to my room, receptionist wasn’t nice when explaining that it’s not safe to keep it open, hotel is very clean and well furnished but surrounding neighborhood is bad.

Good hotel and worth the money

Good staff specially Ms. Pakinam who helped a lot. Very clean and big room like 5 star hotel.

WiFi not working. Bathroom shower not good. Low water pressure. Water leaking to bathroom. Some basic items like slippers and some other small items were missing in room and bathroom . But generally good and worth the money

Would do it again for sure.

I loved how professional the staff are and very friendly. The bed sheets were clean and the room was similar to pictures.

Only being a bit far from downtown. So it was a bit longer Uber commutes than expected. Plus the entrance could be given a bit more attention(entrance to the towers. Lobby was very cool though.

Please behave your housekeeping staff nothing bad as them.

Cleanliness and comfort rooms also receptionists were very helpful and respectful.

Housekeeping staff needs to learn how to behave and deal with guests because they are so rude. No view at all our room were overlooking at the hotel’s cafe and no ventilation source except AC which wasn’t work well also. Swimming pool was empty from water and it is not clean also it is very small they need to give it more attention.

Couldn’t ever say it’s a hotel..Must visit before booking ..reviews not accurate ..we got deceived

- furnitures are very classy - food was accepted - room very clean and spacy and we got minibar for free - bathroom was marvelous - it’s inside shopping mall and there is cinema ..

Actually first time to be disappointed in my trust in booking guest reviews and I really couldn’t understand how they rate it this high rate as well as how this place and it’s totally not a hotel is five star one !!!!!!! First it’s place is disaster away from everything and inside a mall!!!!! Without any view actually Check in was really a beginning of the end and actually if they didn’t got the money from my visa I would cancel immediately ..we stay hour four Pullman to get our luaggage and another one for room to be ready .. No view at all .. No WiFi .. No swimming pool at winter .. No sea .. Very expensive in consideration to its actual facilities and location unless it’s a very discounted offer for someone need clean place near to a specific place he wants I really don’t recommend it ..

It is good choice for staying in Alexandria.

Comfortable, size of room, cleanse

Hot water in shower so bad, it's hard to adjust it. Staff have no smile. The breakfast is not what expected from 5 stars hotel.

Nothing more than Quiet neighborhood and nice staff.

I wouldn't recommend having half-board, because their à la carte dinner (not buffet) is very limited and no soft drinks even just water. The hotel is attached to a small mall that is almost empty, so there is nothing to do nearby, except maybe a 1.5km walk to the Motzah park. Other main Alexandria attractions are far away to the west. The hotel should be a 4 star hotel rather than 5 star. An issue that I have in general in Egypt. Many 4 star hotels rated wrongly as 5 star hotels.

Unpleasant & overrated! سيء جداً ومبالغ فيه

The staff were nice with good demeanor but helpless.

* Shower hot water not working properly. I couldn’t enjoy a continuous 5 minute shower! I reported the problem but no solution from hotel. * kitchens odors are drawn in the ventilation system and spread to guests rooms and alleyways. * this hotel is merely 3 stars and should not be allocated 5 stars ! I will never visit it again!

It is one of the finest hotel in Alexandria and would love to go back again

Though the hotel is located in a "Mega Mall, they have a different entrance. The rooms are quite big and spacious, bath cubical is quite small and the hotel can improve on that. Most of the hotels in Egypt don't provide complimentary water in the room. All the services will come with 26% tax.

Nice to stay again but in less price and gurantee neighbor room will not have any guest

Hotel is perfect place, clean and trained staff, and very good big rooms.

Pleasant stay overall.

Quiet. Co-operative staff. Also in the same premise there is a small mall that just newly opened which has cinema, cloth store, pharmacy and at least 1 cafe.

Location. Though personally I didn't have issues, the driver and friends picking me up said it was quite far from city centre. Also didn't like their lift, very confusing to operate.
